Upon taking on a new service contract we will undertake a full technical appraisal of your IT systems and prepare a ‘Network Bible’ detailing your IT infrastructure from top to bottom, including information such as warranty expiration dates for all assets, hardware support contacts, machine and network configurations etc. We will also undertake discussions with staff members to ascertain any current issues which require our attention.
